Digital Art / Vector / Fantasy

Another school project. The subject was free choice so I wanted to do mythical creatures and did a fairy again since I wasn't completely happy with my last one. I gave her dragonfly wings this time and tried to be more painterly in illustrator.

This is very cute! I like the pose of the fairy, and the transparent wings are a nice touch. The background is simple but plays a purpose. It seems like something you would see in a storybook.

Woah, I thought it was definitely pixel + graphic tablet. You must have added a lot of lines and other forms to achieve that.
